• Identity Documents: A government-issued ID you upload for the charter, stored in private encrypted storage and accessible only to authorised staff
• Communication Data: Messages, inquiries, and correspondence with our team
• Identity Verification: Information needed for charter agreements and liability waivers

Card payments are processed by Slim CD, Inc. on their own PCI-DSS compliant hosted payment page. Your card number and security code are sent directly to the processor and never pass through, or are stored on, our servers. When you pay by card the amount is first authorized (held) and is only charged once we confirm your charter; if we cannot confirm it, the hold is released. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
